Azat Real Estate and Business Development was established as the Türkoğlu Real Estate and Business Development by the Türkoğlu family, which dates back to more than two centuries, in 1995, in order to accelerate the development of its land that it has inherited from its ancestors, create innovations, provide permanent values and have a share in the growth of its country, starting from its own region, and thus it was renewed with Professor Ali Alp's participation in order to respond to increasing needs and given the name of Azat in 2009.

AZAT has completed the work on preparing the land plan of millions of hectares in Turkey, resulted the projects that it had undertaken in the real estate sector successfully and made most of its investments on the same area by allocating them to the development of the land where its family was born. The Temelli project, for which it has made considerable contributions from the state of planning to development of vision, has now turned into the most important center of attraction in Ankara, the capital city.
