AZAT Real Estate and Business Development respects the confidentiality of personal information on those visiting its online site and on the projects which are registered on the system.

This page contains explanation about our confidentiality policy. By signing into our website, you hereby declare that you agree with the applications indicated in the privacy statement and that you are committed to obey them. Our application about collecting and disseminating the information on our website is as follows.

Membership

AZAT may collect personal information for its website which is provided only by the special visitor and which contain such personal information as name, title, company address, phone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses. The personal information shall be used in the process of our users' entrance into the system and under other necessary circumstances, upon the confirmation of the person's identity (the persons may enter the projects that they are willing to share with AZAT on the system, after entering this information, and then your project is registered on the site of AZAT with the project number which is issued to you at this stage. All the information about you shall be kept confidential in accordance with principles of confidentiality, if a cooperation is made with AZAT, and if not, until the mutual conditions become clear.)

AZAT uses this information on the users' access into the system in order to protect the confidentiality of the projects and improve the quality of the system which is furnished to you.

You can request that your personal information is accessed, erased or corrected and send such requests and similar questions to in an email to gizlilik@AZAT.com. You can also gain additional rights on this issue in accordance with relevant laws.  

The password to be issued to you by AZAT is personal and kept in our system in an encoded way through cryptographically irreversible methods. 

It is your responsibility to take necessary measures to keep your password safe and avoid its disclosure to third parties so that you can use the system healthily and get the best of it.

How do we use your information?

Your information is used to contact you and share the projects. Your information is kept by the technical personnel, who will furnish the service to you at high security level, on his/her personal computer and once the service is finished, it is erased irreversibly, in order to protect the quality and confidentiality of the service that we will provide.
The information on the project is kept strictly confidential until an agreement is made and the necessary sharing and briefing is carried out by considering the conditions in the agreement, in case an agreement is made.

Notifications and Corrections

AZAT has the right to make occasional arrangements in its practices and policies and review its Declaration of Internet Confidentiality which is necessary for revealing these changes. Our current confidentiality policy is applied to all the information in our hands in relation to you and your account. By using our site following the change, you hereby agree that you allow the use of the information you recently send in accordance with provisions of the AZAT Declaration of Internet Confidentiality which is renewed, changed or arranged.

Confidentiality Policy Applied in Projects:

The customers whose projects are purchased agree to appoint the seller and/or purchaser AZAT Real Estate as the only authorized intermediary and allow the promotion of mentioned projects at all sorts of national and international fairs, etc. by the contract to be signed. The seller/purchaser buying the projects according to the contract hereby agrees not to share the information on the project and disclose them to third parties.
